If we decide you need an infrastructure rebuild we will meet every week for one hour to make sure your online presence matches your back office functions. We will fix on-boarding, creates systems and automations for getting leads to the client stage faster. This program is done with you, not for you. This is bespoke, tailored just to you and your business.
Weekly Collab Calls

Every week there will be a few items you will need to submit so we can move your site and back office forward. We use a Google Drive system. We will ask for logos, pictures, current forms and contracts. This will help us to digitize your business all in one place.

We do have some clients that stay on after the 8 week project is completed to continue to help with roll-out of the new systems. We do offer on-going coaching for mindset, organization, schedule setting, calendar organization and host of other soft skills need to be efficient.
